		<description>Dear Oliver,
I have mistakenly thought your are the Vice Mayor. How are you rlated to him.
I have noted with interest the portion ofyour article of making Ibanag offically taught again in the school, I hope I can communicate to you and to the Vice Mayor on this.
I have recently publish an Ibanak Dictionary which I think can be of help to the pupils. I can can donate some copies and also publish a revise edition which shall be given at cost or less than cost for introductionary purpose.
Thank you,

		<description>Dear Vice Mayor Baccay
I hope you will succeed in passing a resolution mandating the Ibanak language to be taught again to school children in school. You will notice that I said IBANAk as the language of the IBANAG /people. I was born in Tuguegarao and grew up and went to school until I left for college. The old folks used to say before the war, &quot;Maguvovuk ka ta IBANAK or magibanak tapenu maintidiadtaka&quot;.
Sadly I read in in the website that the Ibanak (or Ibanag as they are calling it now) is becoming extinct because of it not being taught anymore.
In view of this I have last year wrote and published under a Philippine Copyright (2009) a book entitled BASIC IBANAK DICTIONARY with the FOREWORD by SSS Commissioner Fe Tibayan-Palileo.This is the first of it`s kind as there were attempts by the Bureau of Eduction to make one but I hope you shall succeed in making IBANAK officially taught again. My publisher is the Central Book Supply, Inc of Quezon City and copies of the Dictionary may be procured from any of their Bookstores.
Good luck and best regards,
