MANILA (November 20, 2009) – President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo formally opens the Lakas-Kampi-CMD National Convention Thursday, November 19, at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City which was attended by an estimated 3,000 delegates from all over the country.
