In 2009 I was diagnosed for – (a) lumbar spondylosis, a serious variation of osteo-arthritis, which causes extreme pain specially when I walk/remain standing ; and (b) hypertension for which I am taking regular medication and was medically advised to slow down or avoid stressful activities. Last February this year, I suffered a heart attack which made me undergo an expensive angioplasty procedure for which I, now 64, am being advised to seriously consider retirement. I have been in the government service for 9 continuous years. What benefit (e.g. retirement, disability) am I entitled to? Please note that I have a pending query with you which I coursed through your suggested text number. Thank you.
