please act immediately on special cases especially disability claims of employees.my co-employee, carmelita s. curilan, sangguniang panlungsod, butuan city has filed retirement claim on june 2011 yet due to her illness, she is sufferering from stage 4 throat cancer, and until now her pension is not yet released due to her petron stocks. i already wrote a letter regarding this matter but until now, her family who is the most burdened has been following up the release of her pension. please have compassion. can not the gsis consider her under the CLIP program. all her loans were already deducted out of the proceeds so why not let her avail of the installment deduction of her petron stocks. it was already sold by the gsis.thank you
